A cat in the United States lined up to star as the world's longest cat version of the Guinness world record, reports Orange.co.uk
Stewie, a Maine Coon cat 5 years old, is entitled to a certificate as a new record holder with body size over 123cm from tip of nose to tip of tail.
The owner, Robin Hendrickson and Erik Brandsness from Reno, Nevada, said that they decided to try to register the cat to the world record book after hearing the admiration of people about Stewie's body length.
"We realize that Stewie body length of about three years ago," said Mr. Hendrickson to the Reno Gazette-Journal. "Everybody praises by saying, 'Long once that cat!" "
Stewie awarded by Guinness World Records as the world's longest domestic cat. The previous record was held by another cat with body size over 121cm.
